Planning the service around the actual vehicle reduces misunderstandings and makes pricing and expectations easier to explain.

Vehicle type, age if relevant, interior/exterior condition, and the areas that matter most.

Pet hair, spills, mud, road film, bugs, sap, mineral deposits, odors, stains, or fragile surfaces.

Agree on the tasks, exclusions, pricing factors, preparation, timing, and any add-ons.

Remove valuables, documents, medication, electronics, loose property, and fragile items.

Clean the agreed surfaces using methods appropriate to the material and condition.
